Michael J. Weber, Esq.

A Brooklyn native who grew up in Middletown, New Jersey, Michael J. Weber, Esq., or “Mike” as he prefers to be called, is an experienced real estate attorney with more than 20 years of experience representing clients throughout New Jersey.

Mike graduated from Red Bank Catholic High School in 1989, where he was a proud Casey. He went on to graduate from Loyola University in 1993 and earned his law degree from The Catholic University of America in 1997.

Mike began his legal career practicing labor and employment law, representing employees in both the public and private sectors. Shortly thereafter, he established his own law firm, building a successful practice that has served New Jersey clients for more than two decades.

Today, Mike serves as the Founding and Managing Partner of Weber, Fabiyan & Associates, LLC, operating as NJ Real Estate Law Group. In this leadership role, he oversees the firm's attorneys and professional staff, guides its strategic direction, and remains actively involved in representing clients. Under his leadership, the firm has grown into a statewide real estate practice recognized for its personalized service, accessibility, and commitment to client satisfaction.

Mike concentrates his practice on residential and commercial real estate transactions, representing buyers and sellers throughout all 21 counties in New Jersey. His philosophy is simple: provide straightforward legal advice, remain accessible to clients, and make the process of buying or selling real estate as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Outside the office, Mike is an avid sports fan who enjoys boating, fishing, and, most importantly, spending quality time with his wife and four daughters.
