I just completed a closing with Mike and his team. I got his information ironically off of google reviews and signed a no fee retainer months ago. Starting with the retainer, I was impressed (information in there I knew and I didn't know from being a multi-time home buyer). His fees are also less than most other lawyers in Monmouth County although you are getting a high level service. Always available and knowledgeable (one time called me on a weekend when I emailed about a matter to talk about on Monday), I felt protected and supported legally, which is very important during a house sale. I will be using Mike again, as the seller, for my second home.
